Ring Designed By Constance in "The Gem Of Life"

I have been watching Hong Kong Drama "The Gem of Life" and was attracted to the ring designed by Gigi Lai's character, Constance, and wondering if the ring is for sale as the design is really unique. The ring is designed as a set of 2 rings which can be worn together or separately and symbolises togetherness. Constance had given the ring to her younger sister Jessica (Ada Choi) in the drama hoping that she would find happiness in her life. I found out from this website that you can actually purchase the ring from Mabelle, the main sponsor of the drama series but the ring has 0.4100 carat diamond and costs more than S$4000 which is too expensive for me :<
