This is one dish that my mum used to cook when i was young and i love eating it with just rice. I decided to try cooking it recently and it is still as delicious :)
Ingredients needed: prawns, garlic, about 3 tablespoon of tomato sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, a dash of pepper and 1 tomato
Method: Fry the garlic first, then add in the tomato sauce, prawns, tomato, sugar and pepper and fry till the prawns are cooked and you have for yourself a delicious tomato prawn dish :)
