I bought a pack of instant Yaki Soba while i was at Cold Storage awhile ago and finally tried cooking it recently. It turns out to be really delicious and was easy to cook. I fried some garlic before adding the noodle, sauce, ham , egg and a dash of pepper. You can choose whatever ingredients you like to go with the Yaki Soba although i prefer ham and egg and cabbage (which i had to do without as i forgot to stock up some) and it was a simple and delicious meal for hubby and i :)
Tip: For those who dislike salty stuff, you could add less of the sauce ;)
