Yummy Hot Cakes!!

Homemade hot cakes using hot cake premix bought from NTUC Fairprice (Bishan Junction 8 Branch) under its Japanese Food section. Its super yummy and there are 3 packs of premix in the pack. You can make about 7-8 hot cakes per pack and it is very easy to cook. You only need to add 1 egg, water and milk to the premix and mix everything together and its ready to fry and eat ;>
