Ganbatte & Stay Strong Japan!

Japanese pianist and singer Kanno Yoko just revealed an original song on YouTube, entitled “Kimi de ite buji de ite“, sending an inspirational message to people affected by the earthquake in Japan.

“Kimi de ite buji de ite” translates roughly to “be you, be okay”. In the short piece, Kanno plays the piano as she sings the following lyrics:

“Worrying
The world is worrying about you
They’re searching for your name

Being together
The world is together with you
They’ll go meet your life

Heart and body
Without breaking, hugging you
Until they meet you, be you
Be okay”

The video has collected many comments voicing support for victims of the earthquake, telling them to be strong. Check out the song below:
