The food was quite nice and we love the wide variety of TWG teas which is included in the buffet. My family love the lovely view from the 70th floor of the hotel and its a great place for family gatherings. The buffet cost S$43++ per pax and consists of light snacks, finger foods, pasta selections and some sushi selections. However i find that Carousel at Royal Plaza on Scotts hotel still offers the yummiest high tea buffet in town :)
