If you want to reduce your waistline, up your intensity when exercising.
When obese middle-aged women were put on either a low- or high-intensity exercise program, the high-intensity exercisers lost more fat around their abdominal area than the women who exercised at low-intensity. Workout harder, and watch your stomach disappear.
