Chocolate Storage Tips

  • Keep chocolates away from other strongly fragrant foods, as they are susceptible to absorbing other food odours.

  • While storing them in the refrigerator is necessary in hot, humid countries like Singapore, the wine cellar is another good place to store chocolate.

  • Dark chocolate, like fine wine, improves with age and should be stored in an airtight container.

Chocolate Appreciation Tips:


  • Pair gourmet coffee with chocolates that have nuts for a satisfying treat.

  • A sip of late bottled vintage port is a match in heaven with dark chocolates.
