We had breakfast in our hotel room before going out. We decided our 6th day in Tokyo will be a whole day of shopping and more relaxing at Shibuya, Harajuku and Shinjuku after all the fun at Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea previously. Yipee to more shopping and more eating hehe :> I can't believe we have already been in Tokyo for 6 days and there are only left 3 more days before we go home. Time really flies when you are having fun :> I love our comfortable and cozy hotel room, the friendly and polite Japanese service staff which provide us with all the wonderful shopping experience and the delicious Japanese food which always leaves me craving for more.....
Yummy cold noodle bought from the convenience store the previous night
Delicious lemon drink and instant noodle for breakfast
We chanced upon a lovely wedding held at the hotel on our way out and i could not resist taking some pictures.
Hubby and i went outside to take some pictures before taking the hotel shuttle bus to Shinagawa to transfer to the Yamanote line to Shibuya.
We managed to find my favorite Sanrio store while at Aqua City and planned to go back there the next day as we have to rushed to catch the shuttle bus and i do not have sufficient time to check out the cute "My Melody" products at the store. Cute Sanrio character goods are a must when purchasing souvenirs in Japan!! The extensive collection of all kinds of Hello Kitty items will especially blow you away. Themes and product selection differ from store to store, so it's fun to check out more than one.
I managed to find a list of Sanrio stores in Tokyo on its website and wanted to go to the store at Ginza which supposedly features the entire range of Sanrio shop brands, all under the same roof: GIFT GATE, Vivitix, HELLO KITTY STORE, Little Twins Stars Shop, as well as regional item corners, Greeting Cards and more. However we were not sure of its exact location after checking out the map and do not wish to waste our time just wandering around in Ginza when we already went there previously. I decided to look for more "My Melody" stuff at Kiddy Land instead :>

Vivitix store offers a wide array of "cute and cool" products in tune with the latest trends. There are lots of fashion items that adults will enjoy, including T-shirts and accessories. With its shocking pink and black decor and its oversized images of Hello Kitty and My Melody, this shop also is a great spot for souvenir photos.
We had lunch at a restaurant located in Shinagawa station and business was really good as the food was nice and the prices reasonable.
For those going to Kiddy Land at Harajuku, do take note that the store has shifted to Cat Street since September 2010 and it is just around the corner about 10 minutes walk. You just have to turn right at Shakey's Pizza (next to the old Kiddy Land) and walk straight down for about 10 minutes and you will see the new store on your right. They have a staff at the old outlet giving out maps to shoppers while we were there and i have included the map below.
I was so excited to see alot of lovely and cute "My Melody" stuff and spent a long time at the store!
Kawaii My Melody mouse @ Kittyland!!!
Hubby and I loved the sweet and refreshing fruit juice with crushed ice @ this stall inside Shinjuku station.
I love the delicious gyoza at this stall in Takashimaya basement food hall
Yummy sweet potato Swiss roll @ cafe in Takashimaya, we were so tempted to order another! Best with my iced cafe latte ;) Really relaxing at the cafe after walking the whole day.
Bought all this snacks for my brother at the convenience store as he loves sweet stuff especially chocolate belgian waffles!!!
Some other stuff i bought during the shopping trip on our 6th day in Tokyo :)
