We decided to go Tokyo Disneysea on our 5th day in Tokyo and took the Disney shuttle bus from our hotel. We arranged to take the 8pm bus back to the hotel. I always thought that Disneysea will not be as fun as Disneyland and have not gone there during both times i was in Tokyo but i ended up having alot of fun and taking lot of beautiful pictures there! Disneysea has 7 different "worlds", each an exact Replica – to the smallest detail- of Ancient south American ruins, old New York, Arabian city and Captain Nemo's 20,000 League under the sea.
The entrance to Disney Sea is simply breathtaking – an entire Italian medieval village built right into Mediterranean Harbor. There is a five-star Tokyo Disney hotel "The Hotel MiraCosta" built right into the park. The hotel is right at the main entrance to the park. It's easy to miss it because it was designed so well and blends into the scenery of Mediterranean Harbor. Hopefully i will be able to stay a night there during my future visit to the theme park as its rooms are facing the Mediterranean Harbor which are a great viewing spot for Tokyo Disney Sea water shows and fireworks!!!
I love the Mermaid Lagoon (The world of Ariel, the little mermaid, and her friends) and the Arabian Coast (recreates the exotic world of '1001 Arabian nights' and Aladdin). I also love the lovely restaurant inside the Mermaid Lagoon which was so beautifully designed! The Sindbad's Storybook Voyage and The Magic Lamp Theater were also really interesting :> I also love that Disneysea was not as crowded as Disneyland and we do not have to queue for a long time for the rides and attractions. Hubby was also happily entertained by his Ipad while we were queuing and i was shopping :> It was also really lovely at night with all the Christmas light up. Feels so romantic walking in the beautifully decorated streets in the cold weather.
I love this curry rice cracker!!! Should have bought more than 1 pack hehe :>
