I love buying eBooks from Kobo and reading it on my iPad but was having problem recently retrieving one of the books i bought several months ago and had to wait about 3 weeks for the customer service at Kobo to solve the issue. However I did not mind the wait as long as i'm able to access the book i bought at the end of the day and i was also not in a hurry to read it. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Kobo today to apologize for the problems i faced and the offer of a free eBook as compensation :) Thanks Kobo for the early Christmas gift and i do look forward to buying more eBooks from you.
