Tip of the day
Got this info from Shape Magazine: It has been proven that unpleasant life events are easier to recall than pleasant ones and can overshadow day-to-day happiness. So we have to work a little harder at being happy. Try this quick trick: The next time you're enjoying a happy moment, take a minute to pause and note down the details. Replay them before you head to bed, commit it to memory and soon these happy memories will be at the top of your mind more often.
(Going to my cousin's place later, hope i would be able to have happy thoughts of me winning lots of money from our poker game later haha ;> )
