Since my boy is able to walk on his own last month, he has been wanting to go out to play at the playgrounds daily. He does not care if it is raining outside and will be grouchy if he cannot go out to play. Luckily there is a sheltered playground nearby at Sembawang Shopping Centre and he can still have his treasured playground time even on a nice rainy day :)
