I'm looking forward to watching this new Japanese TBS suspense drama which started showing in Japan on 7 January 2011 and can't wait for it to be available online at (http://www.dramacrazy.net/japanese-drama/ladysaigo-no-hanzai-profile/) as it has another of my favorite actress Kitagawa Keiko as the main lead of the drama. The lovely and youthful Kitagawa will be acting as Katsuki Shoko, a new profiler with the CPS’ crime scene profiling team. I have enjoyed watching Kitagawa's acting in Moon Lover and Buzzer Beat and "Lady" will be her first time as the sole lead in a prime time show. As this is a new kind of role for Kitagawa, she has reportedly prepared for her role by watching the American drama "Criminal Minds" and reading books on profiling. The first episode will be a 2 hour special and each episode is said to be one complete case. Popular artiste Shibasaki Koh’s new single “Mukei Spirit” will be used as a theme song for the drama. “Mukei Spirit” was penned by Shibasaki herself, and it’s reportedly an energetic rock number. Shibasaki's new single is set to be released in February 2011 and i can't wait to listen to her new song as i love her singing and acting :)

"LADY" focuses on a team of profilers in the CPS, a fictional police division that deals with analyzing criminal behavior.

Kitagawa plays the part of Shoko, a gifted profiler who returns to Japan after working with the FBI in the United States. Her character is described as a "crime maniac," as she is overly knowledgeable about past crimes, while also being unskilled in matters of romance. She has a hands-on approach and is a person of action. Attuned with the minds of criminals, she is able to uncover criminal profiles and motives. She learned criminal profiling at the FBI academy and performs profiling with the FBI’s method. A characteristic of the FBI method is its focus on reading the fantasies of the criminal at the time the crime was committed, which sometimes results in her getting too attuned to a criminal’s mind. A murder case fanatic, she has knowledge of every single serial killer. She is a “profiling enthusiast” who will even profile things unrelated to cases.

Tae Kimura (39) will play the chief profiler in the CPS, Yuki Akira. She issues multivariate analysis instructions from an analysis of crime statistics and a search of similar incidents. A strict but kind leader who listens to opinions without any distinction of rank and cherishes the team. She believes the creation of a profiling team in Japan is a necessity. To this woman who has wanted to have a righteous job since young, the establishment of the CPS is surely a dream come true. Yuta Hiraoka (26), plays another profiler Niibori Keisuke who is a genius with two doctorates. He has a way of digitizing crime, and deducing the profile of a criminal through an analysis of crime statistics and patterns. Because he is proud and hates to lose, he clashes with Katsuki Shoko on her profiling methods and opinions. As they are also of the same generation, he in particular shares a rivalry with Shoko.
