Here's another reason to enjoy the yummy, spicy kick of curry dishes: A research from Duke University in North Carolina found evidence that people who eat a meal with curry twice or thrice a week have a lower risk of dementia. Curcumin, a component of turmeric, which is a common ingredient in curry, aids in dissolving the plaque in brain cells that lead to dementia.
